These seem like very reasonable prices. No word on family packages however or any form of sharing.

What you need to know about iTunes Match →
Ars Technica has a nice breakdown with some crucial information on how iTunes Match works. It contains nothing to surprising and is all alongs the lines you’ve come to expect from Apple really.
If you don’t renew the yearly $25 subscription, your iCloud store goes away. iTunes purchases will still be available to all devices, and anything that you have downloaded from iCloud to you devices you keep. This includes iTunes Plus versions you have chosen to replace older, lower quality rips in your main iTunes library. Apple explained that replacing those lower-quality rips is optional.

A lot of readers asked if Apple shares any information about users’ scanned libraries with third parties. Apple tells Ars “no,” so the RIAA won’t suddenly have a list of every song you ever downloaded or ripped. For the purposes of accounting, though, the company does share aggregate information about which tracks are being added to iCloud via iTunes Match. In other words, EMI will be able to know that 2 million users have Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dream” in their library, but not which particular users have it.
Unsurprising, unfortunately also means that iTunes Match will not be available outside the US right now. Which is a total buzz-kill. For details check out the article in the link.

But these two things bring up an important (to me at least) question – how will iCloud handle this from an account perspective? Will we be able to say, for instance, both my wife’s devices and mine belong to the same iCloud account for some things but have separate accounts for others? For example, she currently has her own Apple ID and therefore her own music, app and other purchases. In the case of apps, she may not want to have to wade through all the stuff I purchased to get to the three things she has. Not to mention documents. I think we can see where this is going. I wonder how the complexities of a modern household where several devices exist and sharing would be good for some things but not others will be handled?
He puts in words exactly what I was wondering myself yesterday. How is iCloud social?

John Gruber:
iCloud is the new iTunes. The tethered digital hub is dead; long live the wireless digital hub. Apple sees iCloud as shaping the next ten years the way the iTunes-on-your-Mac/PC digital hub shaped the last ten.
And:
Google’s frame is the browser window. Apple’s frame is the screen. That’s what we’ll remember about today’s keynote ten years from now.
⌚ Pre-WWDC keynote thoughts
It’s June again, which can mean only 2 things. Summer is approaching fast and Apple geeks are going out of their minds over an approximately 2 hour lasting speech of their favorite tech company at the WWDC. Which is an acronym for World Wide Drinking Contest, or at least so I was told. If they are lucky there will even ben an infamous One More Thing™ at the end of it. The expectations are always sky high and approach the levels of things such as world piece, hoverboards or even something as ludicrous as flash for iOS.
In order to maintain your sanity it’s usually advisable to avoid all blogs and news sites in the build-up to this event. In order to avoid the power of the Reality Distortion Field (and maintain your solvency) it’s also advisable stock up on necessary supplies and to either not watch the dreaded keynote address or to lock away all credit and or debit cards for at least 2 weeks in order for the effects of the RDF to wear off. For best results I recommend you do both.
Last year I only partially took my own advise and watched the keynote anyway. Even-though I locked away all forms of payment I ended up pre-ordering both a white and black iPhone 4 as-well as buying iMovie for iOS (I blame iTunes ease of purchase for that one). This year I couldn’t help myself either and followed all the blogs and predictions anyway therefor exposing myself to the traditional WWDC disappointment rage.
I am however immune to this post-keynote rage since this year the biggest disappointment for me is not attending.
What labels love about Apple's upcoming iCloud →
But it’s this subscription model that has the major labels so enthusiastic as it will finally allow them to extort fees for all that pirated audio you may have stumbled upon since Napster was loosed on an unprepared music industry a decade ago.
