“What is PITS?
Telerik public issue tracking system (PITS) keeps track of issues that are important to you and your team. You can use this system to suggest bug reports, track their status and search for existing issues related to Telerik Products. There you will have the chance to comment, vote and raise the priority of a given problem. The notification integration is the best part – when your problem is fixed you receive an email with a link to the latest build containing the fix.
Telerik’s new Public Issue Tracking System (PITS) is entirely built with RadControls for Silverlight and demonstrates the rich data visualization capabilities of the suite. To compose the application we used Prism, which provides guidelines based on industry best practices for building extensible and modular applications. Via tight integration with our internal workflow, PITS achieves greater transparency for support issues and enables customers to easily track the progress of bugs and feature requests.”
